Tenant report channel
Each building has a public QR poster (managed in Compliance · Documents). Tenants can scan it to file a report — that report routes to the building manager and surfaces here, on the asset-manager dashboard, and in the activity ledger. The Vesper & Ko row above is a real example: three tenants of Waterloo One filed bin-room complaints in the same week.
