Title and description remain editable. Category and location are locked once a worker has checked in (clock events are immutable).
Reassigning the worker after check-in requires cancelling and re-creating — clock events stay attached to the original.
Schedule is locked once the job moves into in_progress. Hours are computed from clock events.
