About this scope
Switching organisations does not change your account — it just changes the context the app loads. All filters, dashboards, role assignments and KB results are scoped to whichever org is active here.
In production, multi-org users see the org chip in the sidebar header. Single-org users won't see this page at all unless they manage more than one org.
